1. We use local (onshore) resources close to the customer for core function quality control, and our global delivery resources in India and Romania for offshore tasks.
2. Our offshore centres are owned by Navisoft and only deliver services to Navisoft.
3. The cost advantage of our blended resources approach (offshore/onshore) is reflected in our customer projects costs, where we see 30-60% savings compared to our competitors.
How does it work?
Our resources can be blended depending on your needs and your comfort level. Here are 3 examples:
Off-site Model - The entire project/task development life cycle, from envisioning through delivery and support, is done at Navisoft's development centres. A local project manager is the link between the customer and our offshore center. This model requires a high level of specification but is the most cost-effective.
On-site Model - The entire project/task development life cycle, from envisioning through delivery and support, is done at your premises. Our offshore resources are flown to your location and work together with the local project team.
Offshore Model - This is a combined on-site/off-site model in which we have one on-site team consisting of local resources and one team consisting of offshore resources. This model is suitable for agile and prototyping projects where the level of detail specifications are less, but is more costly compared to the off-site model. The on-site team directly interacts with our offshore development team in-house. The on-site team is able to address and attend critical items and integration issues which need immediate attention, while our dedicated offshore team will work on your system development. This is the model most used by customers choosing our Global Delivery Model.
